The AI Ticket Classification feature is deprecated and will no longer be maintained as we transition to our next generation of AI. If you're using one of these classifications as a Condition in any Ticket Automations, we suggest replacing it with a similar Issue Type or Ticket Tag.

 

Syncro uses AI to place your Tickets into the following classifications. Syncro will continue to add to this list over time.
