When you need to restore a calendar or individual calendar entries for a user's Microsoft calendar, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Syncro Tenant's Details Page. 
  2. In the Cloud Backups section, locate the row for “Calendar” in the Service column, then click Restore:

    The Backup Portal displays the Calendar page.
  3. Use the dropdown menu in the upper left corner to search for and select the affected user's name/email. 
    Tip: If there are a lot of users, enter a user's name in the Search field.
  4. In the left side panel, check the box(es) next to the calendars you want to view or restore. (All calendars for the selected user are pre-selected.) The right side displays the current month for each calendar:
  5. If you want to restore the entire calendar, click Restore Selected Calendars.
  6. If you want to restore a single calendar entry, click on a day to view all entries on that specific date. (Or, over the mouse over the circles to see the titles.) Then, click on an individual entry to open it in a new window.
  7. Click Restore to initiate the restore process. The restoration may take some time.
    Notes: 
    • The latest version of an individual calendar entry is restored by default. To view and restore older versions, click the “Revisions" link:
    • By default, calendars and/or entries are restored to the original user account, but you can select a different user account within the same Microsoft 365 tenant as a restore destination. 

Calendar entries are recreated in the selected user's Microsoft 365 Calendar.
