Splashtop's Remote Printing Option is disabled by default. 

To enable it, follow these steps: 

1. Open the Splashtop Streamer App on the remote computer.
2. Select “Settings” from the left navigation.
3. In the Remote Print section, click Install Printer Driver: 
   
4. Open your document and attempt to print.
5. Choose Splashtop PDF Remote PDF.
6. On the local computer, choose the appropriate printer and Print.
