Prerequisites

To attach images to products, you must check the “Enable Photos on Products” Inventory setting.

Upload Product Photos

To add photos to a product, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Products & Services tab.
  2. Edit an existing product or add a new one.
  3. Scroll to the PRODUCT PHOTOS section.
  4. Click Upload Photos.
  5. Drag and drop one or more image files into the dotted line box, or click inside the dotted line box and select the desired files.
  6. Click Upload.
  7. Click OK in the notification dialog. Syncro will refresh the page shortly and you will see the image(s) you uploaded.

Note: Images must have either a .jpg or .png file extension. (Change any .jpeg extensions to .jpg before uploading.)
