RMM Reports
Table of Contents
Note: This document has been imported from the former KB and has not yet been verified.
This is a breakdown of what data the RMM Reports section contains. Access via Admin > Reports > RMM.
Asset Activity Audit
This report allows you to view asset activity history at a global level. The asset activity history can be filtered by text contained within the activity's description, customer, asset, specific activity type, and filter results across a period of time.
Once the report has run, you can see further details for the activity and view RMM alerts. You can also click CSV or PDF in the upper right to generate a spreadsheet or PDF.
Asset Aging Report
This report is meant to assist with generating potential sales leads using the Assets you support for your clients. You can see varying things on this report like age of the device (may need replacement), hardware specs (offer to upgrade RAM or Drive storage space), and Operating System (migrate folks away from unsupported operating systems).

You can also see per Asset recommendations in the lower half of the report as well.
Asset Audit
This report is fully customizable and lets you select a customer's assets from any asset type or filter assets by a saved search.
- Optionally enter a customer's name to generate a report specific to them.
- Optionally select an asset type to make report specific to it.
- Generate the report on screen.
- Save the report as a favorite to run again later.
- Select a saved search to run the report only against those assets.
- Schedule the report to automatically run at set intervals.
- Generate a CSV spreadsheet of the report.
- Generate a PDF of the report.
- Change what columns get included in the report, and drag and drop them using the "hamburger" icons to change their order. Scroll to the bottom and click Save when finished.
Once the report has run, all the selected columns will be displayed and can then be exported to either a PDF or CSV file.
Asset Override Summary
This report will list any Assets that have an Override applied to them. An example would be an override of Low Hard Drive Space applied at the Asset level (done on an Asset's Monitoring tab, next to Low Hard Drive Space alert thresholds (Set by Policy) by clicking Adjust Overrides). This report will also list additional overrides as we continue to add them.
Note: This accesses a feature no longer available with Policy Inheritance and will eventually be removed. It only reports on those devices with limits overrides set prior to Policy Inheritance being implemented.
Executive Summary
This report breaks down work done for one customer at a time, so you must enter a Customer name and time Period to run it. You will see the total number of tickets for the time period, time spent, tickets by issue, type, tech, and open time, graph of viruses blocked by day or month, what operating systems the customer has, percentage of machines completely patched, and number of installed updates.
Managed Anti-Virus Summary
Shows you the number of AV licenses in use (for Emsisoft Anti-Malware, Bitdefender, and Webroot) at the top, and which AV is installed on which asset and timestamp of the last sync. Hover over the question marks for explanations of each column.
Missing Patches By KB
Shows the number of assets missing Windows security patches by KB numbers. You can filter by customer, and Ignore stale assets defined by the Stale Age (in days) you enter. If you check that box and enter 30, it will exclude assets that have not "checked in" (that is, synced with Syncro) in 30 days or longer.
Once you run it, click See All to see the specific assets missing the patch. Click Install to install a specific patch on the assets missing it. For offline assets, it will install them the next time they sync.
RMM Summary By Customer
This report summarizes one customer's assets at a time, so you must enter a customer name to run it.
Once you run it, you will see a break down of tickets by issue type, issues by computer, critical alerts, viruses blocked, OS types, assets not up to date (that is, pending updates that are over a week old), percentage of machines completely patched, and installed updates.
Software Inventory
Shows you all the apps installed on a customer's endpoints.
Vulnerable Systems
Shows the specific assets missing various categories of Windows patches by KB numbers. You can filter by customer, Ignore new patches that are less than a week old, Ignore stale assets defined by the Stale Age (in days) you enter (if you check that box and enter 30, it will exclude assets that have not synced in 30 days or longer), and optionally select patch Categories.
Click KB numbers for more details on them. Click Install to install those patch(es) on the asset missing them. For offline assets, it will install them the next time they sync. If you check the boxes by multiple assets, you can then click the black Install Selected button that the checkboxes cause to appear in the upper right.
