Provision New Accounts
To provision a new Guardz account, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Admin > Integrations - App Center.
- Click the Guardz tile:

Tip: Start typing or narrow down the tiles using the Security link. - Click Provision New Account.
Note: Guardz activation requires additional steps in the Guardz Portal. You’ll receive an email from Guardz to walk you through activation.
Migrate Existing Accounts
To migrate your existing Guardz instance over to Syncro, follow these steps:
- Send email to guardz@syncrosecure.com.
- When that process is complete, you'll be able to click Link Migrated Account and provide the Guardz Regional Instance and Guardz Account ID:
Configure the Guardz PSA Integration
After provisioning or migrating your Guardz account, complete the following steps to connect Guardz to Syncro as a PSA integration.
- Create a Syncro API token. In Syncro, navigate to Admin > API - API Tokens.
- Click +New Token.
- On the Custom Permissions subtab, give the token a name. You can leave the Expiration field empty.
- Check “Select All Permissions,” then click Create API Token.
- Connect Guardz to Syncro. In the Guardz platform, navigate to PSA Integrations:

- Select Syncro.
- Paste your API token into the API Key field:
- Retrieve your Subdomain from your Syncro account and enter it in the appropriate field:

- Retrieve your Base URL from your Syncro account and enter it in the appropriate field:

- Click “Test Connection.”
- Select your Alerts → Ticket sync strategy, then click Next > Customer Mapping.
- Map your Guardz tenants to your Syncro organizations. The left column displays your Guardz tenants; the right column displays your Syncro organizations:
- Set your preferred mapping defaults, including:
- Priority mapping
- Default status mapping
- Default ticket type
